Customer Relationship Manager – Mumbai

• Track an order pattern of every client and visit the client if there is any drop in consumption.
• Report issues, concerns at the client to your reporting authority and resolve in 2 working days.
• Ensure timely collection of money from assigned client. No delays.
• Revive the bad deals or the unhappy customers.
• Collect references from the managers and convert new orders for the company.
• Coordinate with payment person to get the list of collection as per visit plan
• Daily Visit to every assigned client and audit working condition of safe seat, rolls installed and enough supply.
• Take Feedback separately from Housekeeping and Manager during visit.
• To maintain an average of monthly consumption.
• To get 3 new clients on board every month
• To make sure of timely service to clients
• To remove the long lost payments (60 days).
• Visit minimum 20 clients in day
