Managing MIS reports and other key reports.
Implementing Induction, orientation &Training for new joiners. . Biometric Attendance System.
To maintain proper and accuracy timing of incoming &outgoing for the employees.
Daily attendance of employees, leave, O.T, e-off and gate pass posting in manual register as well as computer entry.
Generate Employee Master, Salary Details and contact details and pay structures.
Generate Monthly Salary of employees. Opening of bank A/C of all workers.
Takeout their reports at every month end( Pay slips, salary Registers, salary certificate.)
Doing new joining formalities for new employees.
Monthly PF details these details have to be computed and paid to government bodies.
Doing Recruitment and selection.
Taking Telephonic & Personal Interview of people.
Ensure timely submission of statutory compliances and coordinate with consultants for timely submission.
Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel & Power Point.
Good communication skills.
