Job Description

• Identifying and developing potential clients
• Developing and maintaining business with distributors or agents within the assigned region
• Independent correspondence with clients
• Attending international business conferences
• Devising strategies for recruitment & retention of customers through operations streamlining & after-sales support & achieving desired targets
• Business development, negotiations and finalization of agreements with distributors / agents
• Overseeing the logistics and interface with CHA’s for maintaining packaging standards etc to match with the customer requirement along with Pre and Post shipment documents for exports
• Analysing the product-wise performance of the territories and clients.
• Building and motivating team & Assist Managers to achieve team target in terms of numbers & product knowledge.
• Plan and execute marketing activity with in given budget & responsible for organization ROI.
• Plan and visit by person & by team members to build strong business relation with existing customers, promote new product to existing customers as well as to identify and appoint new channel partners where required.
• Preparing quarter sales plan aligning with annual sales plan.
• Preparing next year sales plan ( Numbers ) budget.
• Discussion related to sending samples, negotiating price lists, providing document for registration.
• Collecting full year business plan with qty, price, value and ordering schedule.
• Prepare agreement with distributor and send it to them for signature.
• To ensure the order is processed in time.
• To assure that payment is received and shipment is moved out from warehouse on time.
• Preparation for monthly review meeting.
• Submitting of monthly reports to CMD.
• Preparation of Sales and Collection Budget for every year and get it approved from Global Head.

Job requirements

Reporting to : Director – International Sales.
Qualification : MBA/PGDM ( Domestic Sales / Marketing, International Sales / Marketing )
Experience : 6 to 10 years of experience of International marketing/Domestic marketing/brand building of goods&services.
Key Skills : Excellent written and verbal English, Good Clarity about business strategies and international sales concepts
