Sales & Team Management (for enquiry generation; proposals and quality; client followup;
negotiations and closing; orders lost analysis)
Key customer meetings (large accounts; key consultants; tough cases etc.)
Working on improving existing processes and approaches for better results
Working on new business opportunities / development projects / Strategic initiatives
Performance Review feedback of direct reports; Coaching + mentoring
Peer-to-peer working with other function-heads
Qualifications: B.E. with 8-10 years work experience as per above.
Experience in (a) Direct-selling in HVAC (or similar) industry (b) Supervision of sales team for results
Knowledge: Technical acumen relating to specifications and functioning of HVAC equipment, heaters, boilers etc.
Skills: Presenting to senior-level executives in client companies; Must be excellent with communication;
Managing people through motivation and performance counselling; Creating and executing winning strategies for large jobs; Ability to spot growth / market opportunities and converting them into results for customers and the company; Ability to analyse information and correlate with facts to drive decisions; Ability to interact with peers who are strong the respective functional domains
